2. Scope of Services
2.1 Resort Services
Therelune offers health retreat packages, wellness programs, and accommodations designed for pensioners seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. These services include lodging, therapy sessions, meal plans, and leisure activities.
2.2 Informational Products
We provide digital guides, online workshops, and video tutorials related to healthy aging, nutrition, and lifestyle management. All informational products are delivered electronically after purchase.
2.3 Goods
Therelune offers wellness merchandise, such as herbal supplements, relaxation accessories, and custom wellness kits. Physical goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable charges. Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of purchase.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Therelune is committed to customer satisfaction and provides the following guidelines:
4.1 Resort Services
Guests may request a refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Alternatively, guests may choose to reschedule their stay once at no extra charge if notice is given at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable due to booking commitments with third-party providers.
4.2 Informational Products
Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. No rescheduling applies to informational products.
4.3 Goods
Customers may send back physical goods for a refund within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back merchandise. Inspections will be conducted upon receipt, and approved reimbursements will be issued within 20 days. Reshipment of replacement goods can be arranged upon request.
5. No-Refund Clause
Certain premium therapy sessions and personalized retreat plans are sold as non-refundable experiences due to resource allocation and staffing arrangements. This policy allows Therelune to guarantee reserved accommodations and specialist availability.
6. Changes to Terms
Therelune reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of services after modifications indicates acceptance.
